Who we are

Northstar Virtual Agency was built for people who want more out of life — more freedom, more choice, more stability, more room to breathe. We know how overwhelming it is to start a VA business alone, so we built the support system we wished existed.

We’re the first ever VA brokerage:
A place with real support, real structure, and real people who want to see you win.

We give you everything you need to confidently launch and grow your VA business — without guessing, doubting yourself, or feeling lost in the process.

At Northstar, you are independent but never alone.
You keep every dollar you earn.
And you’re part of a team that believes in you long before you believe in yourself.

Mission

Our mission is to help one million people who’ve been through hell build wealth, reclaim their freedom, and finally live the life they deserve.

Stefanie

Stefanie’s journey is proof that heartbreak can be a catalyst for something extraordinary. She grew up in a world where fear was normal—abuse, instability, and the kind of loss that leaves permanent marks. There were nights without food, days without running water, and years spent learning to disappear just to survive.

At thirteen, Stefanie survived a near-death overdose at the hands of her own father—a moment that could have ended everything, but instead became the spark for her lifelong mission to reclaim her life. Doctors told her she’d never have children, never make it to university, never “make something” of herself. In 2016, Stefanie lost her son to a rare condition—one more heartbreak in a life already full of them. Any one of these things could have broken her. For a long time, freedom felt like something that happened to other people.

But Stefanie refused to let anyone else write her story. She rose, again and again—becoming a proud mom to a healthy daughter, putting herself through school, and carving out a career in PR and media by telling real, raw stories that matter. The turning point came when she realized she could build a business from home, on her own terms—finally creating the flexibility, stability, and sense of accomplishment she’d craved her whole life.

That’s why Stefanie is obsessed with helping others claim their own freedom—without the grind, without the hustle-culture hype. She knows what it feels like to be trapped, to wonder if you’ll ever break the cycle. And she knows what it feels like to wake up and realize you’re finally free.

Chelsea

Chelsea is a walking permission slip to color outside the lines. She’s the one who builds a gloriously messy gingerbread house while everyone else is fussing over their perfect ones—and then invites you to eat candy off the roof and laugh about it. For Chelsea, life’s too short to follow the instructions on the box. She’s all about making your own rules, embracing the chaos, and turning it into something unforgettable. People said she “lived in her own little world”—and honestly, she turned that world into a playground for possibility.

She’s the friend who’ll drag you onto the dance floor, hype you up for every wild idea, and crack a joke even when life gets messy. Chelsea roots for the underdog because she is the underdog—and she’s totally cool with that. When a concussion threatened to sideline her dreams, doctors said “no way” to university. Chelsea’s response? Challenge accepted. She graduated with flying colors, a killer sense of humor, and a stubborn streak that just won’t quit.

Her real magic? Turning chaos into confetti and proving you can be strong and silly, smart and a little bit wild. She’s your reminder that freedom means experimenting, laughing at your fails, and going all-in—on yourself, your dreams, and your joy.

Together

Everyone calls us the dynamic duo because we’re always laughing together in our own little world. We met each other at corporate jobs and quickly realized life was more than just 15-hour days. (Honestly, we think Chelsea extended her life by at least 20 years by leaving that grind—no joke!)

Once, at a corporate job, they had us do a challenge: Stefanie was blindfolded, and Chelsea had to guide her to build a Lego structure without using any words. The point was to prove how hard communication can be—but for us, it just clicked. We didn’t need words. That was the moment we knew our connection was something beyond explanation.

We left our jobs to start a business, and soon after, left our long-term relationships with men for each other. We fell in love—becoming partners in both life and business—and are now proud moms to our daughter.

Our partnership is built on trust, intuition, and the belief that the best things happen when you dare to build outside the lines.
